Ryan founded Echo Architecture in 2009, after he and his family made the decision to make Colorado Springs their home. With past experiences landing him in offices in Prague, Fort Collins, Colorado, and Portland, Ryan has been exposed to a variety of building types and environments.

His work exemplifies a unique approach to design, attention to detail, constructibility, and a conscientious response to local site, environmental, climatic, and social conditions.

After joining Echo in 2016, Scott took on the role of Principal in 2018 with the growth of the firm. Along with his impeccable attention to detail and ability to see a project from concept through construction, Scott has brought experience and expertise in public architecture and project management.

Courtney joined the Echo team in 2013 and stepped into a principal role in 2021. As Echo’s primary Interior Designer she has a major influence on the design of all projects and on some of Colorado Springs’ favorite cafes, breweries, restaurants, salons, and workspaces.

She brings a unique approach in using innovative and strategic methods for problem-solving to elevate projects without compromising aesthetic.

Jordan joined the Echo team in 2018 with experience in education, hospitality, residential, and non-profit design. As a frequent volunteer with Engineering Ministries International (EMI), she has gained worldwide experience in culturally diverse environments. Jordan is passionate about using design as a way to connect people, the environment, and communities together.

Through his experiences locally and internationally (through Engineering Ministries International), his approach to design strives to be holistic environmentally, culturally, and socially. Tom is passionate about creating beautiful places that connect people to each other and the environment around them.

She is a Colorado Springs local, excited about contributing to the community and helping to create a more robust design culture in the area. Jules has a passion for public space and community driven works and fundamentally believes that everyone deserves to experience beautiful and functional design in their daily lives

Brooke Petsch

Brooke joined the Echo team in 2022 with a background in residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. Her approach to design stems from the theory of environmental psychology; making every space not only aesthetically pleasing, but also purposeful and impactful. She is driven by being able to impact her local community through the design experience.
