A conceptual design was created for a large mixed-use infill development in the historic Old Colorado City (OCC). The designs draws from the surrounding historical context while providing a fresh and exciting new addition to OCC. The design includes ground level retail to provide continuity of character and scale to the streetscape of OCC with apartments above and duplexes behind to scale down to the neighborhood.
