Beauty Bar is an independently owned salon and spa in Colorado Springs, combining world class salon services with adult beverage offerings. With this high volume open space, the central bar was crucial to breaking up the salon into more intimate service zones and allow for an instinctual way-finding path.

There is no shortage of bling throughout the material palette. With raw, hot rolled steel being the experience “calling card” of this second location, a new and unique association can be attributed to a traditionally feminine experience. Seeming to drop down from void in the ceiling, stainless steel cables create a screen along the central bar area, that shimmers in the light and reflection of the crystal chandeliers. The screen separates floating bent steel shelves suspended with steel rod, storing necessary product for the Color Bar and Manicure Bar.
