Location: 3650 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Completed 2015

Mary’s Home is a project developed by the non-profit organization, Dream Centers of Colorado Springs. This project is a direct result of their mission to provide health and hope for those working to rebuild their dreams and lives. A primary goal from the beginning was to provide “Dignity through Design”, to create a space that felt warm, welcoming, and dignified, and NOT like subsidized housing. Underprivileged mothers and their children will be able to call this place home as they learn to rebuild their skills and lives in a community environment; creating a foundation for a successful future.

Custom steel railings at each floor + around the site perimeter for safety measures creating a safe but open + inviting look

Custom beetle-kill pine wall feature to introduce warmth of natural materials
Multi-functional space planning to accommodate various family sizes + needs
New windows throughout aiding in energy efficiency
